You mean the Ancient Observatory? The thousand year old observatory that by miracle survived the communist regime? It's on Jianguomen Dajie, in a park dedicated to it. To visit it you will have to pay 5 Y, but it's worth it cause you will get to see some of the oldest astronomical instruments in the world
