Yes, there are. I went on one of them myself. It is one of the best ways to see the city especially if you are there for the first time and your Japanese is as bad as mine :) The CITS offers a few different tours, a 1 day or a 2 day tour, and getting enrolled in one is the surest way of making sure you get to see all the major attractions
