I've stayed in the Marriott China Hotel for week and I can say that it's one of the finest hotels in Guangzhou. In their amenities list I saw that they have family rooms and for sure there is wheel chair access. I recommend it as a real luxury hotel, it was a pleasure to spend time there...
It's not so hard to find as it's right in the heart of Guangzhou at the junction of Liu Hua Lu and Jie Fang Bei Lu, within walking distance from Yuexiu Park.
