I found a good one on the northeast corner of Huanshi Lu and Shuiyin Lu, cafe Elle's. On the second floor there are different jazz and blues concerts organized with regular international bands.
Hint: it's not easy to find the right entrance :)
It's the small one on the eastern side of the building.
