In the middle of the Yuexiu Park there is Zhenhai Lou (the "Gate Tower Facing the Sea") which houses the Municipal Museum. Three floors of locally found exhibits ranging from stone age artifacts to nineteenth-century cannons...
In my opinion this museum is another usual building that a big city must have, nothing special. I spent 10 yuan for nothing.
