My favourite activity was evening cruises on this river. Departing daily at 9:20PM from Xidi Wharf (opposite the Customs House on Yanjiang Lu). There are different types of cruises at different prices. The one I recommend you is for 98 yuan which includes a 90 minutes cruise with dinner on board.
