I think the best place for you is the Foreign Students' Building of the Zhejiang University here in Hangzhou. It's on Tianmushan Lu and you can reach them at 0571/88273784. If you are in luck you will find a few spare beds or double rooms with communal showers available. You'll pay between 50 to 80Y so it's pretty cheap. Good luck !!
