After you land at Hangzhou Airport you'll find yourself 15 km north of town. Unfortunatelly the only way to get to central city is by CAAC bus which costs 5Y and will take you to the main CAAC office on Tiyuchang Lu. About 2 km east of central city you'll find the train station from where you can travel in speed to other locations in the city. Also from the centre you can take bus #7 directly to the lake.
