Most of the hotels in Qingdao are respectable but a wise choice would be the Huaneng hotel. It's close to the train station, the beach and important bus lines. Also it has a discounted seaview room so you probably can't do any better than this one. The princes range between 450 and 600 Y and you can find it on Anhui Lu. You can make rezervations at 0532/2961310.
