There is noo need to worry. You have the Ultra Speed net cafe near the Chuanya in Dadonghai, also if you go west of the post office on Xinjiang Lu you will find a few more net cafes there and on the third floor of the Haitan bookstore near the Bank of China on Jiefang Lu is yet another net cafe. I allways use the last one. It has the best speed :).
