If you want to book a flight, the best and most reliable place would be the Phoenix airport booking office. The office is at the junction of Jiefang Lu and Gangmen Lu. They are open from Monday to Saturday from 9am to noon and from 1.30 to 5pm. You can also find airline agents at most hotels if you think it's more apropriate.
