A cheaper hotel in Pudong?(give a different answer) .
You must call now and make a reservation at the Swan Cindic, cause this is one of the cheapest and nicest hotels in that part of Shanghai. I stayed there and although I was travelling with business I almost felt like on a vacation. Nice and quiet near the Hongkou Park. Just 30 $ a night
