Shanghai has plenty of Cinemas some of them even before 1949. Most foreign films are subtitled in chinese and not doubled so that foreigners can understand the movie :P. The latest blockbusters are usually seen at the UME International Cinema in the Xiantiandi Complex off Zizhing Lu. You can buy a ticket by calling 021/63733333. Artier films can be seen at Yong Le Gong cinema. Enjoy!
