In the bund, on the 7th floor of the Wai Tan on Guang Dong Lu street is a restaurant where you can have better Mediterranean dishes then in Europe :) No kidding, this place must have an Italia chef or something. It is called the M on the Bund and for 20 $ you can have the dinner of a lifetime
