The perfect place for you to love birds is the Yu Yuan or Jade gardens right here in Shanghai. The gardens are open daily between 8.30 and 5pm and the entrance fee will cost you 25Y. The gardens were created in the sixteenth century by a high official of the imperial court in honour of his father. The garden also features pools, bridges and walkways of great beauty. Enjoy your trip to the old city :).
