A good choice for you would be the Airlines hotel here in Shenzhen. It has good quality, comfortable rooms and a seafood restaurant but the prices in the cofee shop could get a little expensive. Otherwise a room will cost somewhere between 200 and 300Y per night so it's not that high a price. You can find it on Shennan Dong Lu or you can reach them at 0755/82237999.
