The only means of transportation from the Shenzhen International Airport is the shuttle bus which will cost you 20Y and which operates between the airport and the Xinhua hotel on Shennan Zhong Lu. After you get to the hotel you have a port that lies 15 km west at Shekou and the taxis and minibuses roam everywhere. Hope I have been of some help.
