You obviously need to go to the Air China's main airlines office :). It's located at 103 nanjing Lu and it's open daily between 8am and 4.30pm.Basic airport shuttles that cost 10Y only go to Tanjin's airport in time to catch the Air China flights so you better be carefull of your timing. You can call the office at 022/23301543.
