I see you are in a great hurry so I will try to be as short as I can. On either side of the Ramada Plaza on Hangkong Lu in Hankou you can find China Southern which is open daily between 8am and 8pm, you can phone 027/83622000 or China Eastern which you can reach at 027/83623820, it's open the same hours as the first. Both of these are main airline offices. Have a nice trip.
